After purchase, before activation, our staff will request: companies — official license; freelancers — passport / ID.

Limited download/upload speed

Our gaming infrastructure is built for low ping and high tick-rate, not cloud storage. A speed-rate policy keeps latency minimal. See Section D of our Terms of Service.

DDoS, stressers & attacks

The game server is the owner’s responsibility. POT may suspend or terminate (non-refundable) on repeated abuse. See Section D — Game Server Rules.
